What is error "408" ? This pops up when I try to download meet registration or find a meet in RaceTab from Milesplit.

The code is 403 and the message is invalid user.

I have tried to log in but RaceTab will not take my login which according to what I read is the same as milesplit. This used to be a user friendly program. What has happened?

Coach,
We do not support RaceTab, as it is free software, but there are tutorial videos and a user group on the site - http://racetab.milesplit.com/ - that you can search or pose questions.

Due to some changes in site structure, RaceTab is no longer connecting directly to the site. There is no login that works for RaceTab anymore. You can no longer directly access your meet or entries, or post results through RaceTab.

RaceTab Work-Around - from programmer -

"Have them download their entries as a Hy-tek file from the meet manager page. Then set up their meet in RaceTab with events and all. And then they can import that Hy-tek file into their RaceTab meet. Just tried it and worked with all entries, athletes and teams."

Once you seed and create Heat Sheets, you will have to export them and then upload them to the meet page. Login to meet manager, click the results tab - Add Heat Sheets. Name them as that will be the link. Open the exported file in a text editor and copy paste them into the Body field and submit.

Same for Results, export them as Flat HTML and then go to meet manager and post them in the results field.

Since we are not supporting RaceTab anymore, work-arounds are all we have. Any more specific info, you may post a question to the RaceTab forum at the above link.
