tri/quad meet set up help?

Hello, I am figuring out a lot of things about racetab, but organizing a tri/quad meet with divisions I am having trouble with.  Is there a tutorial for setting up a conference tri or quad meet?

The only tutorials available are the ones in the above link on youtube. I don't know if this one would be of any help - RaceTab 4: Setting up a Double Dual Meet
