Release Notes for RaceTab 3.74

Released May 9, 2013

Bug Fixes

  • Hytek Export to semi-colon delimited for advancers: If you had timed finals (multiple sections of finals) and wanted to export only the top four finishers, it was using the heat place.... instead it should have been doing a full results evaluation to determine the overall place. We are now doing this, so if you choose top four to advance to the chamionship meet (for example) it will do the four best across all heats. Unless there is a tie then it will export more of course.
  • Fixed heading for performance list report, when not printing Heat #. Was stretching it out too wide

New Features

  • Added "Current Round Only" option to options for performance list and results reports. This will automatically print the round we are currently on for a given event or for all events. This could allow semis to print for sprints but finals to print for distance events, for example.
  • Added a basic quick options panel for performance list reports. Need to add more options to that and the results report one for some basic customization/filter options without drilling into the advanced screen.

Nice will that also fix the export of hytek results in delimited format that was off because you used heat where you were supposed to use overall?  I suspect it is the same "routine" for that.  I had written about that a LONG time ago :-) and then I didn't bug you again.

Regarding alleys....need to be able to have a choice of how many athletes to place in an alley start.

There are some events where we have 6+ athletes per alley.
