problems downloading from Milesplit

I am setting up a cross country meet and I have not been able to import one school roster from Milesplit.  The school has a current updated roster.  Anyone have any ideas about what to try?Continue

"I tried this but still am unable to get it to work.  I deleted everything and went back to 3.05 and was finally able to see the stopwatch component. When I tried to update I was unable to get into the stopwatch component."

"Uninstall and re-install is my only suggestion. We use something called XnoteStopwatch, always in focus and works for us, so we don't use the on board one all that much, though we appreciate it is there."

Labels "over print" info

I wanted to change info to go on my labels and now new information prints over old information.  I cleared all the items for the labels and added again (%bn, %ln) etc. to no avail. I even setup a new meet using my template and get the same results.  Is there some where in RaceTab to delete add label info and start over?

XC Meet will not score properly

I ran a meet today which I set up from a template of a previous meet and when I try to score the meet it seems to add the places on top of the meet that was used as a template.  None of the previous meet result show in publisher but it shows todays winner as 33rd.  There were 32 runners in the template meet.  I have spent 4 hours trying to correct this with no success.  I cleared all result data but don not wish to start over with a complete new meet since I reuse number packets for schools…
