"I've noticed the same issue. Ive always assumed it was some networking problem in my end. Having to reseed or add an athlete or relay seems to make it more likely to happen in my experience."

"If you're already in the heat that gets loaded, I think you can just click the "refresh" button. It's an icon like you have on your web browser to reload those results"
