MIxed 3200

Last week we ran the 3200 in a dual meet with the boys and girls together (it was freezing). I did the event as a mixed 3200. It scored the event correctly and split out the boys and girls results,…Continue

Deleting Heats

Hopefully an easy one.  I don't see any way to delete a heat.  Adding one is no problem.  I'm not sure it is a problem, because the scoring does appear to ignore heats with no results.  Is there a…Continue

It has been a couple of years since I was looking for a solution for this and thought I would check on it.  Has anyone come up with a better way to import from the Multi Lane software for the Ultrak…Continue

Field Event Documentation

We enter our results manually from the time machine and the score sheets from the field events.  My scorer would like to see some documentation on what you can do where, particularly for the field…Continue

"I'd have to play with it to see if there is a bug there. Make sure it is in the same division as the rest of the events. One other suggestion, you could try filtering the results just boys and then just girls and see if that has the team scores…"

MIxed 3200

Last week we ran the 3200 in a dual meet with the boys and girls together (it was freezing). I did the event as a mixed 3200. It scored the event correctly and split out the boys and girls results, but didn't include them in the team results. It did team scores for the two schools as a separate team result with just that event. Any ideas about the best way to handle this? I eventually just did separate events and manually split out the boys and girls, but that wasn't fun.See More

"If you edit the event, there is a place where it lists out the rounds with # of heats by each one. You can simply reduce the # of heats there to trim off the last one. You can also remove heats before seeding of course"

"I believe you do have to score the empty heats if you leave them in or Racetab won't consider the event completed.  I seem to remember this being an issue when I couldn't print results for a meet."

"have you looked at the seed menue? the version of RT that I have allows you to remove a heat in that window. ."

Ultrak L10 Import Support

It has been a couple of years since I was looking for a solution for this and thought I would check on it.  Has anyone come up with a better way to import from the Multi Lane software for the Ultrak L10 that doesn't involve searching and replacing the quotes and double quotes in the times? Or maybe found a way to actually import directly from the L10 into RaceTab?See More
