I am re-working some of the behind-the-scenes with the live results to make it more efficient and smaller. Also adding a few new features.

Keep in mind, I don't want to go crazy adding new features so we can get 3.5 officially released... but I've added a couple of usability enhancements....

* Orders by event number now instead of event name

* The back button now works as expected... both the physical button in live results and your browsers back button.

* You can now link directly to the live results of a specific event or team.
