So it seems I do this every year -- going to run my Relays meet were we combine 2 athletes in the LJ, etc and 4.23 does not let it happen -- is there going to be a fix or does anyone remember what version would be best for the meet?

I get an error - here is the debugging detail

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

We run a relay meet with 3 athletes per field relay, last year we used 4.20 or 4.21.

Dan I also run a relay meet and was double checking that I won't end up with unexpected errors, using 4.23 I was able to score LJ with either 2 or 3 scorers per team.

AJ Can I ask what your setting are?  Maybe I set it up wrong

I have the Behavior set to Relay and Genre Jump and Scorers 2

If I do it that way it never loads the results when scored but if I go back and do normal settings for an Inv -- it scores it fine

Let me know

My settings are the same in the event.

In set up I have 1 relay allowed to score, but it works with 0 "no limit" as well

this is crazy I did a Test meet by hand entering -- it scores

I am going to try and delete the file from last year's meet and then re-try it

Update -- downloaded it from last year -- set everything back up -- still wont "score it" many it amount of entries (34) because the test meet I did real quick with 4 people and 2 teams scores just fine

This is first error I've heard with 4.23 on field relays. If you want to send me that file giving you error, then I'll try to test it at some point maybe next week.

Jason

I have been playing with it and its seems its depends on the amount of ties in the event.  If I give everyone in the event a different distance -- it scores no problem.  After playing around it seems that it can take 7 sets of ties and be ok -- if I make an 8th set of ties -- it can not give me the scores

I know the possiblity of that happening would be rare, but my event wil have 30 to 40 kids in a field event (still rare but somewhat possible)

With 8 ties -- I put in the 2nd best on the bottom and it did not help

My concern would be for HJ
